What’s on the Menu – A Seasonal Course Featuring Local Ingredients

We use ingredients sourced from Amakusa.
Our vegetables, organically grown in our own garden without pesticides, and we also serve locally raised meats and freshly caught seafood.
Because both the vegetables and seafood vary in availability and flavor depending on the season, the content and structure of our course menu may change accordingly—allowing you to enjoy the rich, seasonal bounty of Amakusa.

In general, the course includes 2–3 appetizers (with soup on some months), two types of pasta (or risotto on some occasions), one main dish, one dessert, and coffee.

We accept small groups only and require advance reservations (at least 3 days in advance).
